Rodent Control starts with a $75–$150 inspection—waived with treatment—to locate entry points, runways, and nesting areas, then sets snap traps and tamper-resistant bait stations along active routes. The technician maps every entry point on a diagram so the exclusion work targets the actual access paths rather than guesswork.

Rodent Control is effective because sealing every entry point down to gaps as small as 6 mm prevents re-entry while the trapping program clears the existing population within 7 to 14 days. Bait stations are secured and labelled, and trap placements are checked on a scheduled follow-up to confirm the population is eliminated.

Rodent Control includes interior trapping, exterior bait station placement, and exclusion work on foundation gaps, pipe penetrations, and roofline openings, performed by an MECP-certified technician. A sanitation and harbourage report is provided so property owners can address the conditions that attracted the rodents.

Rodent Control is covered by a 90-day written service guarantee that includes a free follow-up visit if rodent activity continues after the initial treatment. The guarantee document lists the excluded entry points and the follow-up terms in writing.
