Ant Extermination starts with a $75–$150 inspection—waived with treatment—to identify the species and trail, then places gel and granular bait along foraging paths and treats the nest directly where accessible. The species identification determines the bait formulation, since carpenter, pavement, and pharaoh ants feed differently.

Ant Extermination is effective because bait carried back to the colony eliminates the queen within 7 to 14 days, collapsing the nest rather than just killing visible workers. A non-repellent perimeter treatment supplements the bait so foraging ants that do not find the bait still contact a lethal dose.

Ant Extermination includes interior baiting, a perimeter spray up to 3 metres from the foundation, and entry-point sealing recommendations, applied by an MECP-certified technician with 11 years of experience. The technician marks bait placements so they are not disturbed during cleaning.
